Why You’ll Love It
- Flexible schedule: Pick the seasons and days that work for you — Spring or Fall, or both. Work one weekend, a few weekdays, or as much as you want.

What You’ll Do
- Lead participants safely through outdoor challenges and activities
- Encourage, support, and empower children as they explore and try new things
- Maintain and inspect equipment before, during, and after activities
Who We’re Looking For
- 18 years old
- Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with kids
- Comfortable outdoors in varying weather and able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to earn and maintain certifications (First Aid, CPR, Ropes Course Facilitation)
- Able to pass a background check
