Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server at Wildwood Golf Club, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Food Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering a high standard of customer service, and ensuring the satisfaction of all club members and guests. Additional responsibilities include preparing the dining area, handling special requests, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness during and after service. The Food Server will work closely with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless coordination and service execution.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and Food Service operations
- An understanding of basic Cooking skills is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
