Duties
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation, following dietary guidelines and client preferences
- Prepare food items using proper cooking techniques, knife skills, and food handling procedures
- Serve meals to customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, adhering to food safety standards
- Support catering events by preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and managing food presentation
- Ensure all food is stored correctly, labeled, and rotated according to safety protocols
- Contribute to a positive dining experience by providing attentive service and addressing dietary needs
Skills
- Strong culinary skills including cooking, knife handling, and meal assembly

- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience in the food industry or catering environments
