What You’ll Do
As the Regional General Manager (RGM), you’ll be the strategic and operational leader for our multi-site First Aid & Safety operations. You’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership to execute our 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic business plans while ensuring exceptional service, strong financial performance, and a thriving team culture.
You'll lead, develop, and support Service Managers, RSRs, and cross-functional partners to deliver industry-best performance in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and regional operational excellence
- Partner with Executive Leadership to scale operations and support long-term company goals
- Collaborate with warehouse leaders to standardize receiving, stocking, and replenishment processes across all locations
- Build, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and future talent
- Lead continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives across all FAS locations
