JOB SUMMARY

To audit gaming and non-gaming revenue and prepare necessary reports.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
2. Perform duties in compliance with company standards, gaming regulations, and generally accepted accounting practices promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
3. Prepare accounting reports necessary in the preparation of financial statements.
4. Performs audits of gaming revenue by gaming regulations.
5. Performs audits of non-gaming revenue by generally accepted accounting practices.
6. Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
7. Functions will require long periods of computer use, calculator, writing, and filing, which include repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingers.
8. Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to the Supervisor.
9. Ensure that the operation of equipment, tools, and materials is handled safely.
10. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
11. Performs other duties as assigned by the Revenue Audit Manager and Controller.

ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:

1. Cage/Vault and count rooms during the performance of duties.
2. Slot area during the performance of duties.
3. Finance storage areas during the performance of duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Demonstrate ability to operate 10 key calculators.
2. Demonstrate computer literacy with an emphasis on spreadsheets.
3. Customer service experience.
4. High School Diploma or GED.
5. Effective communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
6. Need to work/sit for long periods at work/computer station and perform the repetitive motion of arms, wrist, and fingers; lift to 50 ; and at times, move throughout a noisy environment.
7. Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
8. Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.
9. Must be at least 21 years of age.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Revenue Audit II

1. Four (4) years of Audit experience.
2. Audit experience with all primary WRC revenue with an emphasis on the Oasis Slot Audit.
3. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets.

Salary : $16 - $20
