Riding Instructor / Horse Trainer – Full-Time
Location: Apopka, Fl | WildHeart Riding School
We’re a fast-paced, expanding program looking for reliable, positive, drama-free team members. If you’re passionate about both horses and people, take pride in your work, and aren’t afraid of long days, we’d love to meet you.
Job Duties:
- Teach daily lessons (private & group)
- School and care for lesson horses
- Administer basic first aid and daily care
- Keep tack organized and horses presentable
- Track student progress and collaborate with the team
- Maintain a clean, drama-free work environment
Requirements:
- Strong, adaptable rider with solid fundamentals
- Confident teaching beginners and all ages
- Familiarity with multiple disciplines
- Positive, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Can handle long days, Florida heat, and barn life
- Willing to work 5.5–6 days/week
Pay & Housing:
Compensation depends on responsibilities, housing, and horse care needs. Animal-friendly housing available.
Our Culture:
We care deeply about horses and riders. Our horses get regular chiro, dental, laser, massage, and top-level care. But rider experience matters too. If you only care about horses and not the humans riding them, this isn’t the place.
