Position Type: Full - time | Weekends required
We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working, and horse-savvy person to join our team as a Barn Hand. This role focuses on the daily care and well-being of our horses while keeping the barn running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Feeding, watering, and turning horses in/out
- Cleaning stalls, sweeping aisles, and maintaining tack/feed rooms
- Grooming horses as needed
- Assisting with blanketing, fly gear, and other horse care tasks
- General barn upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- Confident and comfortable handling horses of all sizes and temperaments
- Experience with basic barn chores and horse care
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Punctual, organized, and reliable
- Able to lift 40 lbs, muck stalls, and stay on your feet for several hours
Schedule:
5-6 days a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
