Position Summary The School Office Manager is a key member of our administrative team, responsible for overseeing front office operations and supporting a wide range of school functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Office Operations & Clerical Support: Manage front office activities, communications, scheduling, recordkeeping, and general administrative support • Procurement & Inventory: Coordinate purchasing, track supplies, and maintain vendor relationships • Facilities Coordination: Support maintenance requests, campus needs, and coordination with service providers • Payroll & Financial Support: Assist with payroll processing, basic bookkeeping, and financial tracking in coordination with administration • Technology Support: Provide basic troubleshooting, coordinate with IT providers, and support staff with day-to-day technology needs • Family & Community Engagement: Serve as a welcoming point of contact for parents and visitors; support communication between school and families • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing school events, meetings, and activities • Student Support: Interact positively with students and assist with basic needs, supervision, and office-related support Qualifications • Experience in office management, school administration, or a related field preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with office software and willingness to learn new systems • Ability to maintain c
