What You'll Do
Whether you're caring for infants or guiding toddlers, every day at Wildflower is filled with opportunities to make a lasting impact.
In our Infant Classroom, teachers provide individualized care through:
- Bottle feedings and meal times
- Diaper changes
- Nap routines
- Tummy time and one-on-one developmental activities
- Sensory exploration
- Art, music, and story time
- Plenty of cuddles, comfort, and nurturing care while supporting important developmental milestones
In our Toddler Classroom, children begin exploring the Montessori curriculum through hands-on learning experiences in:
- Language
- Math
- Science
- Practical Life
- Sensory Activities
Teachers guide children through Montessori work plans, circle time, art, music, storytelling, games, outdoor play, and activities that encourage independence, confidence, and social-emotional growth.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide loving, attentive care for infants and toddlers
- Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed
- Serve meals and snacks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities
- Encourage developmental milestones through purposeful play
- Supervise indoor and outdoor play
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment every day
