Licensed Mental Health Clinician
Wildflower Mental Health Therapy | Downtown Ann Arbor, MI
Wildflower Mental Health Therapy is a growing private practice in downtown Ann Arbor serving children, teens, adults, university students, and the local community. We are seeking a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LMSW, or Psychologist) who is interested not only in providing therapy but also helping build and shape a growing practice.
This role is ideal for a clinician who wants the autonomy of private practice with the support of an established business infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy in person and/or virtually
- Maintain timely and ethical clinical documentation
- Contribute to the development and growth of the practice
- Supervise or review documentation for future limited-license clinicians (as the practice expands)
Ideal Candidate
- Fully licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, or Psychologist)
- Interest in practice growth and leadership
- Strong clinical and ethical standards
- Experience with children/teens is a plus but not required
Compensation
Flexible compensation structure based on experience and caseload, with strong earning potential in a growing practice.
Pay: Up to $120.00 per hour
