Overview
Join our team as a Gymnastics Coach and inspire athletes of all ages to reach their full potential! We are looking to hire two part time coaches or one full time coach. We are looking for both recreational and team level coaches.
In this energetic role, you will lead gymnastics classes, focus on developing skill-progressions, and foster a safe, motivating environment for all our gymnasts.
Responsibilities
- Follow monthly lesson plans and themes for recreational classes
- Demonstrate proper technique as well as perfect athletes technique
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper spotting and equipment checks
- Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their form, strength, and confidence
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and behavior management
- Maintain accurate attendance records and progress reports for each student
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize competitions, showcases, and special events
- Attend competitions if working as a team coach
Skills
- Proven experience in sports coaching or gymnastics instruction with a focus on youth development
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and equipment use
- Excellent communication skills to motivate students and engage parents or guardians effectively
- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings
- Familiarity with first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and emergency response procedures
- Team leadership skills with the ability to manage behavior and promote teamwork among students
- Knowledge of other sports such as dance, cheerleading, aerial arts enhances versatility as a coach
- Enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive environment that encourages growth and fun
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 20.0 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Gymnastics coaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Gymnastics: 5 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
