Staff Psychotherapist
In-Person (Chicago or Oak Park) or Remote (Illinois Residents Only)
At Wildflower Center for Emotional Health, we are a team of about 50 mental health professionals dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care through individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy. Our specialties include perinatal and reproductive mental health, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, relationships, and sexual health.
We are seeking a full-time psychotherapist with the following license types: LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, AMFT, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our team. This position requires evening availability 3 days per week in the first year of employment, and provides the option to work in-person at our Chicago or Oak Park locations, or remotely if you reside in Illinois. We will also consider applicants looking for a part-time position if they are fully licensed (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or marital and family therapy.
- Active Illinois license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, AMFT, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- At least 1 year of experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
- Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating emotional disorders in an outpatient setting.
- Strong interest in ongoing learning and developing expertise in areas like evidence based treatment, trauma therapy, s ex therapy, and/or reproductive mental health.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed.
- Perform virtual and on-site psychotherapy services to Wildflower clients as scheduled and in accordance with Wildflower policies.
- Complete written records for each client in accordance with Wildflower policies.
- Charge and collect payments from clients for services provided consistent with the policy and rate for such services as established by Wildflower.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and mandatory training as directed by Wildflower and demonstrate an interest in continued education.
- Other duties as may be assigned or required for the position.
