About the Program
The Wildfleur Retail Marketing Internship is a 12-week program offering students a unique opportunity to experience how marketing comes to life in the real world - inside retail stores and across digital platforms.
As a Wildfleur Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the brand’s retail performance at select ULTA locations in your city while also participating in a rotational marketing curriculum designed to broaden your exposure to multiple areas of marketing.
You’ll take ownership of 1–2 local ULTA Beauty stores, supporting in-store merchandising, event activations, and performance tracking. Build relationships with store teams, collect feedback, and help drive brand visibility and sell-through at the retail level.
You’ll also engage in a rotational leadership development program where you’ll be exposed to work in influencer marketing, community management, social media management and performance marketing.
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related majors preferred).
- A rising junior or senior eligible to receive academic credit.
- Based in or near one of our focus cities: Chicago, Miami, New York, Houston, San Francisco, San Antonio, Austin, or Baltimore (Any city with an Ulta Store that has Wildfleur)
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and consumer brands.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and ULTA store teams in person.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Founded by a product development expert, we focus on the right type, right level, and right delivery of clinical actives (like vitamin C, retinol, salicylic acid etc.) — and research bioactives from flowers to improve their biochemistry. Program Details
Duration: 12 Weeks
Commitment: Up to 8 hours per week (~5 hours in Ulta location each week)
Compensation: Unpaid (must be eligible for academic credit)
