The Shift Leader is responsible and accountable for all operational activities during their shift. The Shift Leader's behaviors and decisions are expected to be consistent with and supportive of the restaurant’s business plan and values. The Shift Leader ensures all Crew Members on shift are performing their job responsibilities and meeting the expectations set forth in their job description.
