About the Role

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through in-person meetings, canvassing, or referrals
- Present and explain company products and services clearly and professionally
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with management teams to improve sales strategies
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred (B2C or B2B)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn industry-specific sales practices during onboarding
Compensation
