Bartender/Server

WildFin Farmington at Station Park is actively searching for a part-time bartender who takes pleasure in the energy and of the restaurant business and who is looking to be a part of a busy, successful team to assume the following position at our Issaquah location:

• Bartender – must have 2 years of experience as a full-service, high volume scratch cocktail bartender. Bar knowledge required
• $5.00 per hour direct tips tip out from service staff
• Server - Must have 2 years of experience as a full-service service at similar, upscale casual restaurant concepts. $2.13 per hour direct tips.

Must be available nights and weekends.

Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.

Must be outgoing, personable, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality industry is required
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Understanding of fine dining or restaurant service protocols
- Proficiency in handling food and beverages safely
- Experience in catering, food service, or retail environments is a plus
