Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at the Wilderness Resort. In this mid-shift position, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our guests and employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and interact with employees, owners, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner
- Enforce Resort rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service
- Secure the Resort by monitoring and authorizing entrance to all individuals attempting to gain access
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
- Investigate disturbances and answer alarms as needed
- Prepare comprehensive reports of incidents and activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operation
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and occasionally run during emergency responses
Work Environment:
This role requires working weekends and holidays.
