Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and experienced professional driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from various destinations, with an emphasis on service to the Wolf Creek Ski Area, while providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position requires a commitment of at least three days per week. As a valued benefit, the position includes a season pass to Wolf Creek for the 2025/26 season, a $1300.00 value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be available 3 days a week. Specifically for ski shuttle service.
- Operate SUVs, minivans, and 15-passenger vans to transport passengers safely and efficiently.
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers and luggage.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage, fuel use, and incidents.
- Follow all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
- Assist passengers with mobility needs when necessary.
- Drive in various weather conditions, demonstrating proficiency in winter driving.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience driving SUVs, minivans, and 15-passenger vans.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven safe driving record with no major violations or accidents.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with passengers and team members.
- Pass an annual drug test.
