SUMMARY: A Tube Repair Supervisor will oversee and perform tube repair maintenance for Soaky Mountain Waterpark. The Tube Repair Supervisor will work to keep all waterpark tubes, rafts, and mats repaired and available for use. The Tube Repair Supervisor is responsible for supervising Tube Repair Technician staff and working alongside the team in inflating, patching, transporting, and inspecting all tubes, rafts, and mats for Soaky Mountain Waterpark. The Tube Repair Supervisor is responsible for keeping all rides and attractions at operational pars as put forth by management, and assist with ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and admin/operation reports.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Level 3
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Level 3
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Level 2
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Level 4
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

- Responsible for overseeing the Tube Repair team in the daily operation
- Schedules staff based on budget and department needs
- Oversees staff members performance, motivating and guiding team members
- Orders supplies and maintains proper order levels, ensure all essential items are always in stock
- Attends departmental staff meetings and any other meetings as assigned
- Trains team members on tube repair inflating, patching, transporting, repairing, and inspecting procedures
- Implements strategic plans for ensuring all operational pars are met
- Work to maintain an efficient, cooperative atmosphere among staff members
- Work with Park Service and Aquatic’s leadership to ensure operation standards are met to provide the best guest experience
- Monitors and tracks departmental staff hours to ensure payroll is correct
- Direct and coordinate various activities designed to promote and maintain a high level of employee morale
- Responsible for any tube, raft, or mat inspection and documentation after any injury
- Keep work area clean and free of debris
- Tracking and reporting all completed work in the work logs.
- Follow protocols set by TOSHA, EPA, and Soaky Mountain Waterpark
- Tracking all tube serial numbers and tube deliveries
- All other duties as assigned by management
