WILDER is looking for a part-time Sales Associate / Key Holder to join our team at our Historic Downtown Franklin location!
We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers, and is excited to be part of a fun, fast-paced boutique environment.
THE POSITION
Part-Time Sales Associate / Key Holder
- Must have weekend and holiday availability
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers with styling, sizing, and product recommendations
- Operate and manage the POS system
- Style mannequins and help merchandise and maintain the sales floor
- Assist with social media content and creative ideas
- Open and/or close the store and confidently manage the store independently after training

- Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently once fully trained
