By night’s end, a caged ladder and a run of stair rails are ready to ship—precision‑built, structurally sound, and safe.Where you’ll be: Waukesha, WIWho you’ll report to: Manufacturing SupervisorWhen you’ll work: Monday–Thursday, 3pm–1am**POSITION TYPE:** Full-time, non-exempt What you’ll take on Weld with MIG/GMAW and gas processes to fabricate: platforms, stair rail assemblies, slide/power slide/swing gates, ladders and caged ladders, platform and stair columns, main structural I‑beams, vertical columns, and knee bracesPrep parts: position, align, and clamp components for accurate fit‑upRestore parts by repairing cracks, filling voids, and building up material where requiredRound out production tasks with thermal cutting, drilling, shearing, punch pressing, and de‑burring Bring your strengths Welding foundation: 1‑year certificate (college/technical school) or 1–2 years of hands‑on welding experience/trainingPlus: forklift or overhead crane experience is a bonusStamina and safety: able to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and at times more than 100 lbs when turning parts (varies by part)Team‑first communication skills Tools and know‑how you’ll use Tape measure proficiencySetting up welding operations for production efficiencyReading and executing from blueprintsPrimary machine: MIG Welder Grow with an employee‑owned leader Wildeck—part of Holden Industries—is 100% employee‑owned and the nation’s largest maker of industrial steel work platforms (mezzanines), vertical lifts (VRCs), rideable material lifts (RML), safety guarding, industrial ladders, crossovers, and more.
