Role Description: The Commercial Lines Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chandler, AZ, with flexibility for some work from home. This role manages day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts, including handling policy changes, renewals, certificates of insurance, and coverage inquiries. The Account Manager works directly with clients to respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide proactive guidance on risk management and coverage options. Responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, preparing proposals, reviewing policy documents for accuracy, and supporting producers with new and existing business. The role requires maintaining organized account files, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and compliance with agency procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and related insurance products, with the ability to explain options clearly to clients.
- Demonstrated Account Management skills, including managing renewals, policy changes, documentation, and follow-up.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Solid understanding of Insurance industry practices, carrier processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant insurance licenses (such as Property & Casualty) or the ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with agency management systems and standard office software.
