What You’ll Do Transaction Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Manage residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
- Review contracts, addenda, and disclosures for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Track all deadlines, contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines
- Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and vendors
- Maintain exceptionally organized digital transaction files
- Anticipate issues before they become problems and communicate proactively
Client & Agent Support
- Serve as a calm, professional point of contact for clients throughout the contract process
- Provide timely updates and clear expectations to agents and parties involved
- Protect agents’ time by owning follow-ups, details, and next steps
- Create a smooth, reassuring experience for clients during emotional or high-stakes moments
Operational & Listing Support
- Coordinate inspections, walk-throughs, and vendors
- Maintain internal systems, checklists, and workflows
- Help refine and improve transaction processes as the team grows
Who You Are
- Actively licensed with the State of Utah
- Experienced in transaction coordination or real estate administration (preferred)
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proactive, communicative, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable leading timelines and holding parties accountable with professionalism
- Tech-comfortable with MLS, DocuSign, Google, Asana and transaction platforms
- Values consistency, follow-through, and integrity
