Horticulture & Seasonal Decor Coordinator

At Wilde, we are known for our unique designs and displays. The main goal of the Landscape Maintenance & Seasonal Decor Coordinator is to oversee the day to day operations of the maintenance and decorating crews and to nurture strong client relations.

• Excellent customer service skills addressing client’s needs and concerns.
• Supervise and guide the team in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
• Designing / Brainstorming for potential projects
• Ensure work is completed on time, at a high standard, and with attention to detail.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Help your team grow their skills and encourage continuous improvement.
• Create landscape presentations and estimates
• Help with seasonal decorating, special projects, and event sales, designs, fabrication & installations
• Assist with design and sales meetings
• Recruit, Hire and Train new employees
• Ability to Hire and Fire employees
• Assist with defining and achieving Wilde’s overall vision and mission
• Support the management team strategically and operationally
• Seek out new business markets and opportunities
• Watch over productivity
• Coordinate & Schedule installations and routine site visits
• Communicate with clients and potential clients
• Assisting with general and special marketing efforts
• Help with general shop maintenance and organization or plants and materials
• Research & Procurement of necessary job materials and plant orders
• At least 2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
