• Deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members throughout each shift.
• Ensure sandwiches are prepared quickly, accurately, and to Jimmy John's standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Assist with scheduling, shift management, inventory, and daily restaurant operations.
• Help create a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, supervisory, or management experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with leadership potential.

• $17.00–$19.00 per hour
