About the role:
We’re looking for a scrappy, creative powerhouse to join us in executing Wildcard’s highly unique marketing campaigns. You’ll be at the center of campaign execution, turning wild ideas into real-world gifting experiences, managing logistics, and working hand-in-hand with our Production Lead to shape the operations of hundreds of unique marketing campaigns that are built to land meetings with specific companies or individuals.
This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early professional who is interested in startups and sitting directly with the founders while building and scaling a company. You’ll build on both your operations and creativity skills while getting exposure to all aspects of the business.
We’re a small bootstrapped team, so you’ll be ideating, assembling, and shipping campaigns end-to-end, often on tight timelines. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where speed, creativity, and precision matter just as much as big-picture thinking.
You might be a fit if you:
- Have a background or interest in experiential marketing, creative production, marketing, operations and/or project management
- Know how to bring a vision to life while balancing timelines
- Aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and be involved with every part of campaign production
- Have experience working with AI and/or AI Marketing & Design Tools (e.g., Figma, ChatGPT, Canva, Claude, etc.)
- Are detail-obsessed and love tackling a complex project head-on
- Have an eye for design and are keen on aesthetics
- Have experience working at or are interested in start-ups (preferred)
What You'll Do
- Own the production of wildly creative marketing campaigns from concept approved all the way to final campaign sent
- Work directly with a network of vendors across design, procurement, and delivery to help bring each campaign to life
- Jump in wherever needed to execute campaigns, whether that’s sourcing new vendors, designing assets for campaigns, or packaging and delivering campaigns
- Help scale and grow the operations of the business ,working closely with the Production Lead to identify areas where we can improve our campaign operations
