Personal Business Assistant

We’re looking for someone who can step into the day-to-day of multiple businesses and help keep everything moving forward.
This is not a typical assistant role.
You'll be working directly with two owners across multiple businesses - a product brand, rental properties, renovation projects, media company and cafe.
This role is fast-moving, hands-on, and requires someone who can think, act, and execute without being managed every step of the way.
If you need structure, repetition, or constant direction, this is not the right fit.

What This Role Looks Like
- Managing schedules, calendars, and follow-ups across multiple businesses
- Running errands and handling real-world logistics (not just desk work)
- Supporting cafe operations as needed (such as creative aspects — this is not a café position)
- Supporting product business tasks (inventory ordering, wholesale drop-offs, light website updates, some creative aspects)
- Coordinating rental logistics (showings, photographing units, basic property needs)
- Assisting with media-related tasks (email coordination, scheduling, contracts, light editing)
- Keeping systems organized so nothing falls through the cracks

You should already be comfortable with:
- Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Drive — scheduling, organization, file management)
- Email management (drafting, organizing, prioritizing communication)
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook — posting, stories, basic engagement)
- Writing clearly and professionally (texts, emails, captions)
- Managing multiple tasks and deadlines without constant direction
Bonus (not required, but valuable):
- Canva or similar tools
- Basic spreadsheets (tracking, lists, simple organization)
- Experience supporting a business owner, small business, or content brand
- Basic photo/video editing for short form content
- PicMonkey (resizing, text overlays, simple graphics)
