Training Manager

Job Title: Training & New Restaurant Opening Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: Up to $70,000 Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Training & New Restaurant Opening Manager to join our shared-services team at Wild Wing Cafe and Back Yard Burgers. This role is critical to ensuring consistent operational and service excellence across our restaurants. The ideal candidate will be an expert in training design and delivery, with a proven ability to bring teams together during new restaurant openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses across the organization to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for all levels of staff.
• Partner with District Managers to lead and coordinate training operations during new restaurant openings.
• Support General Managers and their teams in executing Wild Wing Cafe standards, culture, and values.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements to ensure long-term success.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, modeling the culture of Integrity, Commitment, Team, Fun, Passion, and Legacy.
• Provide ongoing coaching, leadership, and professional development to management teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of training, learning & development, or multi-unit restaurant operations experience required.
• Experience in new restaurant openings or large-scale training rollouts strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel (up to 75%).
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
• Passion for hospitality, people development, and operational excellence.
