Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle cleaning needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Perform thorough exterior washes using hand tools, pressure washers, and automated systems to achieve a spotless finish
- Conduct detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, and surface polishing
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and stored after use
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of car cleaning techniques including vacuuming, window cleaning and general detailing is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, scrubbing cars when entering wash tunnel
- Valid driver’s license for moving vehicles or equipment as needed is preferred
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles can be beneficial for maintaining cleanliness standards
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills are essential, must work well with others and have standard communication skills
