Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Western Boutique Sales Associate, Wild West Emporium which is located inside of the historic Irma Hotel in Cody Wyoming, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a keen interest in western fashion and cowboy boots.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilize sales techniques to promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves
- Process transactions accurately using a register and handle cash transactions
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
