Duties

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
- Assist in stocking shelves, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, returns, and exchanges.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
