Duties

- Process cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering techniques, including cash drawer management and retail math calculations.
- Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections as needed.
- Enter data efficiently into financial software systems, ensuring accuracy in sales records, loan information, and customer details.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and stock levels are adequate.
- Handle inquiries related to banking or financial services, providing clear information about available options.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and processing cash transactions at the register.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a strong customer service focus.
- Proficiency in basic math, retail math, 10 key typing, data entry, and cash management procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain financial products clearly.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while managing a cash drawer efficiently.
- Familiarity with financial software systems used for processing sales.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
