Responsibilities
- Greet all customers, learn to take orders and correctly put things into the system.
- Learn the coffee side recipes, prepare for customers.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation quality and customer satisfaction.
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately while handling cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment by adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently without compromising quality or service standards.
Qualifications
- Food handlers permit. (Can be obtained online)
- Previous experience in food service environments is great but not required; barista experience is a plus.
- Ability to work with others as a team.
- Willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing.
- Ability to follow food safety protocols and handle food safely at all times.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
