- Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food safety standards to maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage Clover POS system for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and food handling procedures to uphold our commitment to quality and safety.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service levels.
- Assist with shift management, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in food service management, with a strong background in kitchen management and culinary operations.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency with POS systems for sales processing and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising staff, conducting interviews, training & development initiatives, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and food management practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Experience in hospitality management environments such as casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred.
