You’ll be assisting customers with selecting and purchasing motorcycle parts, accessories, and aftermarket products while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and assist customers with parts, accessory purchases, and product recommendations
• Process sales transactions, special orders, and phone inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory shipments
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked displays
• Work with the service department to support internal orders
• Use dealership systems to manage inventory and customer records

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of motorcycles, powersports, or automotive parts preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Basic computer and inventory management skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
