We are a high-energy restaurant group seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. Our concept blends a lively sports atmosphere with strong food, beverage, and hospitality standards, creating an environment that keeps guests coming back. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment and is best suited for operators who take pride in accountability, performance, and results. This is not a role for someone looking to coast. Our managers are expected to lead from the front and set the standard every shift.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of leadership experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants or bars
- Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, staffing, and day-to-day operations with a focus on profitability
- Strong understanding of local store marketing, including social media and community engagement
- A coachable, team-oriented leader who can drive performance and deliver a high-level guest experience
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
- Must be currently active in the full-service restaurant/bar industry (candidates out of the industry for more than 6 months, or with primarily retail, fast food, fast casual, nightclub, or similar backgrounds, will not be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Manage labor, food, and beverage costs while maintaining operational efficiency
- Drive sales through execution, marketing initiatives, and team development
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to company policies
- Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to service, appearance, and performance standards
- Oversee inventory, cash handling, and POS system operations
- Support a fast-paced, guest-focused environment that combines strong operations with an engaging atmosphere
- Physical & Work Environment
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform standard restaurant duties
- Comfortable working in high-volume, high-energy environments with exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals
- Must be available to complete 1–2 weeks of training at another company location

Base Salary Range: $53,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
