Tommys Express Car Wash of Anchorage is seeking a driven General Manager to lead our newest location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a growth-focused, veteran-owned franchise organization operating across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Alaska with further expansion plans underway in Anchorage.
This is not a store manager position. This is a full-site leadership role.

- Lead Great Teams to Great Results This role will lead a team of 15 to 20 hourly team members as well as a salaried Assistant Manager.
- Grow the Business Metric focused role based on sites performance in: membership and revenue growth, expense management, guest churn, and equipment/operations uptime
