What You'll Do
As a Team Member, you'll be cross-trained to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing friendly, genuine hospitality to every guest
- Taking orders accurately and handling cash transactions
- Preparing and assembling menu items to company standards
- Cooking burgers, fries, and other menu items efficiently and safely
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Restocking stations and preparing for service periods
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with teammates during busy shifts
- Assisting with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties
- Maintaining a sense of urgency while delivering a high-quality product
