Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.

- Handle meat cutting and processing with precision using knife skills, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
- Package food items securely for storage or delivery, maintaining food safety and quality standards.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and sanitation duties.
- Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff or customers during food pickup or service.
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, preparation, or kitchen support roles.
- Strong knife skills and experience in meat cutting or butchery techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
