Licensed Esthetician — Commission-Based
Wild Honey Spa | Garrett, Indiana
Wild Honey Spa is looking for an experienced, licensed esthetician to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is experienced, confident in their skills, and comfortable working independently. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants should already have the training and hands-on skills necessary to perform our required services safely and confidently.
Compensation & What We Provide

Required Training & Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Hold an active Indiana esthetician license
- Be trained and certified in microneedling
- Be trained and experienced in dermaplaning
- Be trained and experienced in microdermabrasion
- Be trained and experienced in full-body waxing on female anatomy
- Be trained and experienced in Swedish massage
- Be confident performing services independently
- Be comfortable working alone in the spa when necessary
- Be dependable, professional, organized, and self-motivated
The training and experience listed above are requirements for joining our team. We are looking for an established professional who can confidently perform these services rather than someone who would require initial training.
Required Appointment Availability
We are currently hiring specifically to expand appointment availability during the following times:
Monday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PMWednesday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PMFriday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PMEvery other Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Applicants must be able to consistently make themselves available for client bookings during these times.
This is not an hourly position or a traditional scheduled-shift arrangement. Providers are compensated on commission for services performed.
Who We’re Looking For
The right person for Wild Honey Spa is someone who doesn’t need constant oversight. You should be comfortable managing your appointments, maintaining your treatment space, providing a consistently professional client experience, and working independently when you’re the only provider in the spa.
We’re looking for someone dependable who wants to become part of the spa, build relationships with clients, and grow their book over time.
