Leasing Agent – Join Our Small but Mighty Team at Wild Haven Property Management
Wild Haven Property Management is looking for a Leasing Agent to join our growing team. We manage over 600 homes throughout Yamhill County, and while we stay busy, we keep things supportive, collaborative, and people-focused. Our office is made up of three leasing agents, an accounting team, management, ownership, and an in-house maintenance tech. We work closely together, cross-train where needed, and genuinely try to make each other’s days easier.
We're hoping to find someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys a job where every day looks a little different. In this role, you’ll be showing rental homes, completing move-in and move-out procedures, doing inspections, and helping with day-to-day office tasks like paperwork, filing, answering phones, and assisting walk-ins. If you’re looking for a long-term place to plant some roots and grow, we’d love to meet you.
A few things that are helpful (but not all required):
- Leasing experience is great, but we’re happy to train the right person
- A professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience with AppFolio or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is a plus
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
- Someone who works well in a small, open-office environment and treats coworkers and tenants with respect
