What You'll Do
As our Dishwasher/Cleaner, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant by:
Dishwashing
- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen utensils using our commercial dishwasher.
- Properly organize and store clean dishes and equipment.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
Daily Cleaning
- Clean and maintain the dishwasher, including draining and shutting it down each night.
- Empty garbage and recycling.
- Clean sinks, tubs, carts, and work surfaces.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
- Keep supplies stocked, organized, and off the floor.
Additional Routine Cleaning
- Clean cooler floors several times each week.
- Perform weekly deep cleaning of shelving, cupboards, recycling containers, and other assigned areas.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Team Responsibilities
- Work closely with restaurant management and fellow team members.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, accidents, or customer incidents promptly.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Currently attending high school or possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Ability to read and follow safety procedures and workplace instructions.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
- Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Working in refrigerated areas for short periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
