Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Answer and educate customers about our products we make and the benefits.
- Operate the point of sale (Square) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, processing payments and refunds if needed.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked while products are fronted.
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive phone etiquette when assisting remotely on the phone.
- Cleaning around the store for a cleanliness environment.
- Familiarity with merchandise
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members effectively
