Master Esthetician

You don’t just perform facials.

It’s about restoring the barrier, supporting the body, and creating long-term skin health.

We are looking for a Master Esthetician who is ready to step into their craft with intention, education, and depth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform customized facial treatments using Wild & Free protocols
• Conduct in-depth consultations skin analysis (including barrier health focus)
• Create and guide clients through home rituals (retail is education here)
• Maintain strict sanitation infection control standards
• Track client progress adjust treatment plans over time
• Deliver a calm, elevated, and intentional experience
• Support spa flow, cleanliness, and team culture

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This is not a high-volume spa.

We do not:

• Overbook
• Push aggressive treatments on compromised skin
• Treat facials like a routine

We do:

• Prioritize barrier health
• Educate clients deeply
• Focus on retention over quick wins
• Build real relationships

If you’re looking for a place to just “do services and go home,” this may not be the right fit and that’s okay.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Virginia Master Esthetician License
• Strong understanding of skin physiology conditions
• Confidence in consultation and client education
• Ability to recommend and sell home care with integrity
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

BONUS IF YOU…

• Love acne-focused, corrective, or chronic skin work
• Have experience with Korean skincare or holistic modalities
• Are passionate about continued education
• Have strong rebooking retention habits
