Salary: $58,000–$62,500 annually benefits bonuses

We’re seeking a General Manager to operate with confidence, lead with heart, and drive results from day one. You’ll complete in-depth training for 8 weeks and receive hands-on support.

What You’ll Do:
- Train to master Wild Eggs operations, systems, and service culture.
- Take full ownership of the Avon location.
- Lead all daily operations, including labor management, inventory, scheduling, and guest satisfaction.
- Be present, proactive, and hands-on—guiding your team through both the brunch rush and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with your District Manager and support teams to ensure the store exceeds expectations.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant setting.
- Strong P&L knowledge, labor forecasting, and cost control experience.
- A proven ability to lead, coach, and build culture.
- Confidence in high-volume environments and a calm, focused leadership style.
