The Opportunity
This isn’t just a job—it’s a path.
After training, all work is commission-based, with the ability to make up to $100 per car solo or $50 split commission.
- Expect to complete 2 cars per day solo
- Or 4 cars per day as a team of 2
Top performers will have the opportunity to run their own mobile detail van and operate at a higher level.
Training Phase
- Paid training required
- You’ll learn our systems, process, and standards
- Must pass a hands-on test from management before moving to commission
We don’t rush this—we make sure you’re dialed before turning you loose.
Responsibilities
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Full interior & exterior detailing
- Maintaining a high standard on every vehicle (no shortcuts)
- Working efficiently while still producing top-tier results
- Taking care of tools, workspace, and customer vehicles
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving vehicles safely.
- Experience with car wash procedures, detailing techniques, or buffing, is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to assist with vehicle movement around the lot.
- Strong work ethic (this is physical work)
- Attention to detail (the small things matter here)
- Coachable and willing to improve
- Shows up on time and takes pride in their work
