Job Description:
Wild Bill Sports is looking for coaches to join our staff. This job will require participation in practices and games which occur on weekdays and weekends. Coaches are expected to teach most facets of the game, for example, hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, etc. It is okay if you do not know it all, however, coaches have to be willing to learn and to better themselves to be better coaches. Coaches must be empathetic, supportive, high-energy, competitive, patient, open-minded, and strive to get the most out of the players.
Requirements:
- At least 2 references
- Driver’s license and has car or access to car
- Able to demonstrate exercises and drills
- Throw BP
- Hit fungos
- Pass background checks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Played baseball at the high school, college, or professional level
- At least 1-2 years of coaching experience (can be from little league to college)
- Great leadership and communication skills
- College degree
- Independent learner
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
