What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Quality Technician position at Wild Adventures?
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Maintain a healthy and safe water environment for Guests and Team Members.
- Monitor, log, and adjust chemical levels in all pools and water attractions.
- Maintain correct flow to pools and water attractions by monitoring and cleaning strainer baskets.
- Communicate chemical irregularities.
- Adjust and make minor repairs to pumps and filters as needed and as coached by Maintenance Technician.
- Assist in the cleaning of all surge and holding tanks during closed season.
- Understand and operate necessary controls.
- Assist Maintenance Team with pool / attraction maintenance.
- Assist Water Quality Team Lead with daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance as necessary.
- Attendance & Punctuality (is required)
