· Track orders, manage freight, and follow-up with vendors on breakage of items, incorrect shipping, and backorders · Input data in inventory systems to include: receiving, transferring, damages and waste, manually entered items, & markdowns in a timely manner. · Clear manually entered items, complete transfers, receive product, enter cost adjustments and price changes daily. · Keep clear, organized records of all receiving, transfers, damages, manually entered items, and markdowns. · Receive PO’s for inventory replenishment in categories that are assigned. · Verify suppliers and pricing daily and correct any issues that may exist. · Track and log inventory stock transfers from location to location. · Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued. · Communication with other stockroom and warehouse Team Members as necessary for receiving product/backordered items. · Receive and count stock items compared to invoice, manually or using computer. · Ensure that weekly and monthly inventories are conducted and appropriate action is taken to correct issues that may exist. · Audit and analyze Food and Beverage, Merchandise/Photo transactions/reports. Ability to identify potential issues and provide follow up training to team members who need improvement – variances in sales versus waste as an example. · Ensure all documentation and paperwork turned into the operations office is processed in a timely fashion and tracked/stored according to operating procedures (waste logs, PCI logs, open/close sheets, etc. as needed by F&B/Merch leadership). · Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. · Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. · Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors, and keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment. · Determine sequence and release of orders according to stock availability. · Daily completion of transfer review and reconciliation tasks in a timely manner. · Participate in all mandated training programs. · Work cooperatively with all departments and assist as necessary. · Represent the company to other team members in a positive and friendly manner · “Create Memories Worth Repeating” for our guests by exceeding expectations. · Other duties as assigned |
