Perform all duties of Attractions Team Member |

Oversee accurate completion of all location level paperwork |

Ensure operation meets the company standards for quality, service, safety, and financial efficiency |

Ensure compliance with all park and department operational and safety policies and procedures |

• |
Perform all duties of Attractions Safety Trainer - Train and sign off line level employees |
|
• |
Develop, motivate, coach, and discipline line level employees |
|
• |
Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily |

• |
Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive & friendly manner |

• |
Satisfies Wild Adventures standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time |
